What I Do
GROWTH FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE
I believe in the creative renewal of organizations. My ethos is not "out with the old," but let's work with what works—and make it work 10X better through the right improvements and innovations. As such, growth strategy, venture building, and human-centric innovation are my passions, and I have spent nearly two decades gathering a vast array of experiences and contributing to new approaches in the field.

Over that timeframe, I have been fortunate enough to contribute to the founding of over 30 new startups in the wild and over 40 new corporate ventures, the inception and launch of many new innovation and venture platforms with Fortune 500 corporations, and the creation of over 200 new products and services. In aggregate, those ventures have so far created over US$200m in exits (with many still not exited), and the new business lines have created over US$500m in aggregate new revenue. Those financial results are often linked with significant progress in performance, life quality, and sustainability of the domains in which we launched them.​​
Advisory & Mentorship
It is very easy to get stuck in a frame of mind and lose track of the bigger picture. I work with Board Members, C-Suites and Founders to help them challenge and re-think the value they and their companies create. Taking a stakeholder-centric and future-backwards approach helps them uncover new ways of thinking about their business, as well as what growth can and should look like, and what the right vehicles for that new growth might be.
Investments
The future is not predetermined, it is created by those who take action. It is my belief that we have to choose and build the future we want, and I therefore invest in entrepreneurs and companies working to create a kinder future. I invest capital, personal time and network to help founders supercharge their progress and impact.
Thought Leadership
Transformation begins in the mind. No transformation will succeed if it is built on foundations of old thinking and mindsets. Through my articles, talks and workshops I venture to provoke audiences, and hopefully leave them with the seeds for transformative thoughts to sprout and take hold. I usually anchor workshops on longer-term advisory and coaching support, to ensure the new ideas have the right sounding board to develop.
