Based on my many years of experience in the startup and venture-building world, I help organizations setup their venture studio architecture, calibrate key processes and spar with the venture studio teams to optimise their setup and impact.

Working with leadership teams, I review existing initiatives and budget allocations, help to challenge with an outsider's view and setup framework to optimise resource allocation for higher impact and growth yield.
